BITS stands for Birla Institute of Technology and Science. BITS, Pilani is one of the best private institutes in India. It offers undergraduate education in engineering, science, management. BITS is also one of the few institutes in India that does not follow Reservation Policy for admission.

How to reach BITS, Pilani

  • 0.3 KM (from Pilani Bus Stand)
  • 17.7 KM (from Chirawa Railway Station)
  • 180.2 KM (from IGI, New Delhi)

BITSAT :

 BITSAT stands for Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test. It is a online computer based entrance test which is conducted by BITS once in a year. The candidates who want to get admission in BITS , they can take the admission through this exam. 
Generally the application form is available from the month of January and entrance exam is conducted in the month of May.

BITS Admission and Courses :

 BITS, Pilani offers various UG(Undergraduate), PG(Post-graduate) and and Doctor-level programs. 
Admission in BE/BTech and Integrated M.Sc programs will be through BITSAT conducted by the University. 

BITSAT Application Form :

The application forms for BITSAT are available from the mnth of January and this will be available on the University’s official site. 

Candidates have to fill the form online and they can make payment through online by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net-banking etc. Candidates can also pay the fee through offline mode using Cash Challan.

Once candidates have successfully filled the form. Candidates are advised to take a printout of Application form and send the form to The Dean Admission, BITS, Pilani, Rajasthan.

 

BITSAT Admit Card :

The admit card of BITSAT exam will be available in the month of April as while the entrance exam is conducted in the month of May. Students can easily download their admit card from the University’s website.

BITSAT Result :

The result of BITSAT exam is announced in the month of  July. Students can check their result on the University’s official site.

The result will be as the form of list, those students will be listed who have cleared the entrance exam. Now these students can take the admission to any of BITS’s four campuses as allotted.
